About Me
On December 31, 2024, I wrote in my journal:
“2025 will be a year of EXPONENTIAL GROWTH.“
And I have to say — so far, so good.

I didn’t know exactly what that growth would look like at the time, but I knew I needed a process I could commit to daily. Something that would help me get 1% better every day.
For this first stretch of 2025, that process has meant learning new skills, stepping outside my comfort zone, and building what I want from the ground up. I’ve been diving into digital marketing, experimenting with content, and rethinking how I want to show up—both online and off.
This site is one part of that journey.
Outside of this whole career pivot, I’m just someone who’s always loved being part of a team. I grew up playing baseball and ended up captaining both my high school and college teams, and I still have a deep passion for the game.
Baseball shaped a lot of who I am: competitive, team-oriented, and always looking to lead by example. One of my coaches used to say, “Baseball is a microcosm for life,” and that has always stuck with me. I’ve carried the values I learned on the field—like resilience, discipline, accountability—into every chapter since, whether in school, sales, or now as I carve out a new lane in marketing.

If you couldn’t already tell, I care a lot about growth, but also about compassion, authenticity, and courage. I’m big on showing up prepared, facing challenges head-on, and pushing through discomfort.
That mindset shows up in how I live day to day. I’m passionate about health and fitness, and I try to build a lifestyle that helps me feel strong, energized, and clear-minded. Whether it’s working out, cooking, or just moving with intention and mindfulness, staying active keeps me grounded—and helps me show up better in everything else I do.
And while I take my goals seriously, one thing I’ve worked hard on is not taking myself too seriously. There’s always room for humor, curiosity, and the occasional rest day—and giving myself that kind of grace has made me feel more free, and the whole process way more sustainable.

There’s a lot more to me, of course, but thanks for stopping by and taking the time to get to know me a bit. I’d love to learn more about you and what you’re working on, so feel free to connect with me on social and say hello!
While you’re here, feel free to explore the rest of the site—check out what I’m working on, see where I’m headed, and follow along as I keep figuring things out.
